Join us for a webinar to uncover what we know from the AWI Merino Lifetime Productivity (MLP) project and MLP Add On projects.

The MLP is a 10-year AWI research project that joined over 5,700 ewes
and collected over 2 million data points.

AWI Program Manager, Geoff Lindon, will speak on:

  • What’s old? What’s new?
  • Information to come in 2026 – for both ram breeders and buyer
  • Breeding for lifetime productivity and profitability
  • The value of visual classing and breeding values
  • How good are rising 2-year-old assessments?
  • Genomics, indexes, methane, footrot, resilience, sound udders, flystrike and fat
